Fire Ignites Outside of GAF Manufacturing Plant in Utah
Report of a small blaze outside GAF’s Cedar City manufacturing plant was quickly extinguished, no injuries were reported
A small fire broke out at GAF’s Cedar City, Utah, manufacturing plant on March 19, according to a story first published in the St. George News. The 541,000-square-foot facility produces the full line of GAF’s TPO products and opened in 2014.
According to reports, firefighters were called in the late afternoon to extinguish a fire outside of the plant’s north wall. The GAF plant is located approximately 250 miles south of Salt Lake City in the state's southwest corner.
