While the economy is certainly strained by the COVID-19 pandemic and record inflation that ensued, demand is strong. Significant weather events — whether along the traditionally targeted coastlines, or highly-active plains — show no signs of weakening. So it may not be a surprise to see optimism in the marketplace, given that during challenging economic times, facility owners will often pass on complete reroof projects and rely on coatings instead to extend a roof's lifespan.
