Additional 35,000 H-2B Visas Available for Second Half of Fiscal Year
WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Labor (DOL) announced the availability of an additional 35,000 H-2B temporary nonagricultural worker visas during the second half of fiscal year 2022.
According to a release from the DHS, these visas are for U.S. employers seeking to employ additional workers on or after April 1 through Sept. 30, 2022.
