Quality Roofing Worker Celebrates 10 Years of Crane Certification with Zero Safety Incidents
Dave Schug, a worker with Quality Roofing in Wisconsin, recently passed his National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) recertification, a certification he has held since 2012 with zero incidents.
According to a blog post on Quality Roofing's website, the Mobile Crane Operator Written Examinations consist of a Core Examination in crane operation and up to four Specialty Examinations. The written exams for recertification are identical to the initial certification exams. CCO certification is valid for five years and recertification candidates must complete all recertification requirements during the 12 months prior to their certification’s expiration date.
