New Jersey Roofing Contractor Fined After Worker Falls, Sustains Injuries
TRENTON, N.J. — A Trenton, N.J.-based contractor who reportedly failed to comply with fall safety requirements is facing substantial fines after one of its employees suffered serious injuries when the roof beneath him collapsed.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) cited Osman “Alex” Inestrosa — who operates under the name Lifetime Contractor Corp. — and proposed penalties totaling $201,090 after two OSHA investigations in the fall of 2020. View the full citation here.
