Home » VIDEO: Delay Claims Spike During COVID-19 Pandemic
A recent internal review of legal activity from contractors across the country shows a sharp spike in delay claims, said Trent Cotney, CEO of Cotney Construction Law. In his latest legal update with RC, Cotney said the number of delay claims increased by 14% over this time last year, largely due to the impact of COVID-19.
“That’s a trend that contractors definitely need to pay attention to. It’s not a coincidence,” he told RC Editor Art Aisner and Editorial Director Rick Damato.
