Home » Garland Honored as One of Ohio’s Best Places to Work
The Garland Co. was recently honored as one of the best places to work in northeast Ohio.
The Garland Co., Cleveland, was recently honored, for the third consecutive year, as one of the best places to work in northeast Ohio. The NorthCoast 99 award is hosted by the Employment Resource Council (ERC). The ERC is northeast Ohio’s largest employers association, serving more than 900 organizations representing nearly 400,000 employees.
According to Scott Craft, who manages employee recruitment for Garland, the ERC evaluates companies annually, looking at a wide range of criteria. Some of the factors judged include compensation and benefits, health and safety, training and education, diversity, communication and community service.
