Pro-Master Roof Shield UDL and UDL Plus are synthetic roofing underlayments that can be used with asphalt shingles, wood shakes, non-structural metal roofing, and synthetic and quarry slate. They are both lighter and stronger than organic roofing underlayments and are offered in 52-inch widths at two weights: UDL is 28 pounds per 10 square roll and UDL Plus is 30.3 pounds per 10 square roll. Both underlayments are manufactured with safety in mind: UDL has an anti-slip coating and UDL Plus has Traction Twist Fiber. Both products are UV stabilized and rated for one year exposure.
