VALLEY FORGE, Pa. - Roofing industry veteran Jay Butch has been promoted to director of contractor programs for CertainTeed Roofing. This promotion is the result of his significant contribution to the development and implementation of top-notch roofing contractor programs.
During his 13-year career at CertainTeed, Butch has established and increasingly bolstered the company’s roofing contractor credential program’s reputation as the benchmark of contractor effectiveness. He has played a leading role in the development of programs that enhance contractors’ business and marketing skills. Additionally, as the result of his leadership, contractors are maximizing their bottom lines through CertainTeed’s innovative reward programs.
“Jay has played a significant role in developing industry-leading programs that roofing contractors can use to hone their technical skills and help grow their businesses,” said Bob Gardiner, vice president of marketing for CertainTeed Roofing. “In his new position, he will continue to play an integral role in ensuring that contractors are equipped with the tools they need to succeed.”
Butch holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Temple University and an MBA from DeSales University.
