EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. - Allied Building Products Corp., a subsidiary of Oldcastle, Inc., the North American arm of CRH plc, and one of America’s largest distributors of residential and commercial roofing, siding, waterproofing and interior products, announced Bob Feury, Jr. as its new chief executive officer, succeeding Michael Lynch.

Feury, Jr., who since 2000 has served as Allied Building Products’ chief operating officer, has taken over for Lynch effective Jan. 1, 2009.

Lynch, who served as chief executive officer for the past eight years, will continue his involvement in the company as executive chairman. The role of chief operating officer will be replaced by two new division presidents: Donald Toth, president of exterior products, and Ron Pilla, president of interior products. Bob Feury, Sr. will continue his role as general advisor and strategist with the new title of president emeritus.
