The company first introduced its stone coated steel roofing system in New Zealand in 1957. In 1970, it released the product in North America as a lightweight non-combustible alternative to replace or reroof over wood shake or asphalt shingles. Today, the company's UL and ISO-9001:2000 registered manufacturing facility produces a variety of product profiles.
