GAF, Wayne, N.J., offers Ruberoid® Modified Bitumen Adhesive, a cold-applied adhesive with great bonding strength. Used to adhere MB membranes and repair built-up and SBS membranes, the product has excellent low-temperature flexibility. It is easy to apply by spray, squeegee or brush. Ruberoid MB Flashing Cement is designed to attach flashings at roof penetrations and parapet walls. It can be used for general roofing repairs, as a vertical flashing and detail cement, and at pipes and projections through below-grade damp-proofing membranes.
