Beijing-Oakland Waterproofing Materials Group, a subsidiary of Beijing Building Materials Group (BBMG), and Carlisle SynTec Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Carlisle Cos. Inc., have announced the formation of a joint venture to manufacture EPDM single-ply roofing and waterproofing materials for the commercial/industrial roofing market in China. Under the terms of the agreement, the new company will be named Beijing Carlisle Waterproofing Materials Co. Ltd.
