CINCINNATI, Ohio — A roofing contractor has been indicted after being accused of taking money from homeowners but not completing the work.
According to a release from Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, an investigation into Aspen Roofing & Siding LLC has resulted in an indictment and lawsuit against the Cincinnati home improvement contractor. Randy Jones Jr., owner of Aspen Roofing & Siding, is accused of taking money from homeowners after having them sign contracts but failing to show up and do the work. In other instances, Jones Jr. allegedly showed up and started the work but did it in a shoddy and substandard manner.
