CHICAGO - AccuLynx, the business management software for specialty contractors, announced that Mike Stein has been named CEO and a member of the company’s board of directors. Mike is responsible for overall management and direction of the company. Richard Spanton, who founded AccuLynx and previously served as CEO, will remain as chairman.

Stein is a seasoned leader in the technology industry having served on the founding team of Orbitz, where he held the position of VP Online Marketing. Stein’s career includes leadership roles as the SVP of Marketing at TicketsNow; SVP & GM at Travelzoo; CMO at Buywithme; CMO of Nextag; and CMO of Tools at Sears in support of the Craftsman brand. Stein began his career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen, providing audit and consulting services to technology clients.
