NEMEON Incorporated and Select Independent Distributors of America (SIDA) Incorporated, have reached an agreement in principle to unify their membership.  The non-binding agreement in principle is subject to final documentation and approval of the SIDA members.  

 

Both companies expect to finalize the details by the end of the 2nd quarter of 2016. If the finalized agreement is approved, NEMEON will continue to operate under the NEMEON brand name and continue to operate out of the current NEMEON offices St. Paul, Minn. As a result, NEMEON expects that it will have members in all 50 states and portions of Canada and will include approximately 200 member companies operating more than 575 locations.  Further details will be forthcoming in the near future.
