SANTA ROSA, Calif. – FlashCo Manufacturing, Inc., a leading manufacturer of roof flashings and accessories, announced the relocation of two of their plants. The relocation will move existing manufacturing plants from Chandler, Ariz. and Englewood, Colo. to Los Angeles, Calif. and Chicago, Ill. The two plants are expected to be fully operational by the end of the second quarter.

“Speed is a big part of our brand promise at FlashCo, and having our own delivery service is one of the keys to providing the best service in the industry” says Greg Morrow, president of FlashCo. “These new plant locations put us closer to more of our distributors and their contractors. This goal aligns perfectly with our brand promise and mission to save the contractor time.”

The relocation process will continue to allow FlashCo to consistently deliver 90 percent of its orders within three days. Additionally, it gives FlashCo a strong presence throughout the United States with 5 locations totaling more than 55,000 square feet of space. Each plant has the same capabilities to manufacture and deliver both custom and standard lead roof flashings and TPO/PVC accessories.

“Shipping costs and transit times can be a big factor on many roofing jobs,” says Bill Bartell, FlashCo director of sales. “By locating our plants throughout the country, we are able to meet and often exceed the time requirements of our roofing customers. It’s a huge relief for them to know we can put parts on their jobsite within 3 days.”
