ORLANDO, Fla. – Going 16 years strong, Sika Sarnafil’s Project of the Year Awards honor the best roofing projects completed throughout the year. This year was no exception as Sika Sarnafil honored nine roofing contractors during the 2015 Projects of the Year dinner held on Tuesday, Feb. 16 at the Vines Grille & Wine Bar. The winners are chosen in four separate categories including low slope, steep slope, waterproofing and sustainability.

The 2015 winners are:

Low Slope:

First Place

Service Works Commercial Roofing, Inc. (Tampa, Fla.) for the Hillsborough County Jail - Orient Road Location in Tampa, Fla.
 

Second Place

Sylvester Roofing Co., Inc.  (Escondido, Calif.) for the Rady Children’s Hospital - CAPS Unit – located in San Diego, Calif.

Third Place

Greenwood Industries Inc.  (Worcester, Mass.) for the New Balance World Headquarters located in Boston.
 

 

Steep Slope:

First Place

Hi-Tech Roofing Systems (Sand Springs, Okla.) for the Bartlesville Community Center located in Bartlesville, Okla.

Second Place

BEST Contracting Services, Inc. (Gardena, Calif.) for the Los Angeles International Airport - Air Traffic Control Base – located in Los Angeles.

Third Place

Bonitz of Georgia (Savannah, Ga.) for the Matilda Harris Elementary School located in Kingsland, Ga.
 

 

Waterproofing:

First Place

Ideal Building Solutions (Norcross, Ga.) for the University of Alabama - Alpha Alabama Apartments –located in Tuscaloosa, Ala.

Second Place

A-1 Roofing Company (Elk Grove Village, Ill.) for The Lofts at River East located in Chicago.

Third Place
