WEST SENECA, N.Y. — Joe Hoekzema has joined Kemper System America as New York regional sales manager where he is responsible for sales development across the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island and Long Island.

Hoekzema brings more than 20 years of sales and management experience to his new role, most recently as regional sales manager for the New York City offices of Kenseal Construction Products.

He earned a Master of Business Administration in marketing and finance, and a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Ohio State University. Hoekzema resides in Queens, N.Y.
