SAGINAW, Mich. — John R. Burt Enterprises has promoted Tom Hollingsworth to Executive Vice President of its family of companies, which includes Duro-Last Roofing, Inc., Plastatech Engineering, Ltd., Oscoda Plastics, Inc. and TIP-TOP Screw Manufacturing, Inc. Hollingsworth will continue his current role as President of Duro-Last and will assume responsibility for quality control, procurement, and research and development for all John R. Burt Enterprises companies.

Hollingsworth has been with Duro-Last for 22 years and has held multiple leadership positions in the company, including Data Processing Manager and Vice President of Information Systems and Quality Assurance. In June 1999, he was promoted to President of Duro-Last and since then the company has nearly doubled in sales. Hollingsworth was part of the founding of EXCEPTIONAL® Metals, a division of Duro-Last Roofing, which manufactures edge metal and accessories for the Duro-Last roofing system.

Hollingsworth earned his bachelor’s from Saginaw Valley State University and MBA from Davenport University. He resides in Saginaw, Mich. where he and his wife Diane raised their two daughters.
