Benjamin Obdyke Searches for Acquisitions

Benjamin Obdyke has retained the investment banking firm of Middleton, Limburg & Co. Inc. to assist in identifying and contacting potential acquisition candidates.

Benjamin Obdyke Inc., Horsham, Pa., has retained the investment banking firm of Middleton, Limburg & Co. Inc. to assist in identifying and contacting potential acquisition candidates or companies interested in divesting product lines that would complement

Obdyke’s offerings. Obdyke was founded in 1868 and pioneered the development and production of the corrugated downspout. In 1998, the company sold its roof drainage system product lines to Berger Bros. Currently, Obdyke specializes in the manufacture of ridge ventilation products and air filtration barriers. The company is seeking to expand its product lines to include allied products used on the exterior of residential housing.
